Summary:Variant of the simplified diagram of feed design with rotating sliding nut (RSN) is proposed. The kinematical diagram and movement mathematical model of the corresponding two-channel servodrive, constructed by iterative principle on base of the two-motor reducerless machine tool feed with RSN are obtained. Functional and block diagrams of the iterative two-channel system applied to servodrive for high-precision metal-cutting machine tool model 24К60АФ4 are considered. The calculation and following taking into account of the compensators of negative load influence control channels are realized. The computer simulation results of a comparative analysis of dynamic and accuracy quality indexes which allow to estimate the efficiency of the proposed two-channel servodrive with RSN are given.
