Summary:A mathematical model has been formulated. The stationary temperature distribution of threecomponentalong the axis thermosensitive cylinder under the condition of constant temperature onflat limiting surfaces, the isolation of cylindrical surface, the heat release inside middlecomponent, and the ideal heat transfer between contacting components has been defined. Thestress distribution has been obtained. The influence of the dependence of thermal (thermalconductivity coefficient) and mechanical (elastic modulus, Poisson ratio and temperaturecoefficients of linear expansion) characteristics of material components on temperature on thelevel and nature of the temperature and stresses distribution have been determined.
