Zusammenfassung:The problem of two-dimensional inhomogeneous elastic deformation of an object, consistingof massive and thin parts, is considered. We propose an algorithm for the approximate solutionof this problem, which is based on the coupling of direct boundary element method in the massivepart and finite element method in the thin part. Coupling of both solutions is done using domaindecomposition, that allows us to solve the problems in each part independently. The resultsof numerical experiments are shown for the illustration of the proposed algorithm.
