Summary:Based on the solution of the problem of thermoelasticity for a bimaterial with a periodic set ofinterfacial cracks containing a heat-conducting filler, the effective interfacial parameters of such astructure (i.e., the effective temperature jump and the effective thermal resistance) have beendetermined. The analysis has been carried out for dependences of the effective parameters on thethermal conductivity of the filler, as well as the interfacial cracking factor of the biomaterial, andthe thermal and mechanical loads. The heat flow directional effect has been also studied.
