Physico-mathematical modeling and informational technologies| Zusammenfassung: | Using the nonlocal theory of deformation of non-ferromagnetic polarized solids, the regularities ofRayleigh wave propagation in elastic half-space of the ideal dielectric are studied. Thecorresponding dispersion equation that determines the velocity of these waves is obtained. Theeffect of local mass displacement on the Rayleigh wave propagation in piezoelectric solids isinvestigated. It is shown that Rayleigh wave becomes dispersive and its phase velocity isdecreased in a region of high frequency when the local mass displacement is considered. It isshown also that the slow electromagnetic wave occurrence is the result of the Rayleigh wavepropagation in a dielectric body. Therefore this model describes the direct piezoelectric effect. |
