A calculation model of determination the thermoelastic state of electroconducting nonferromagneticlayer in time-harmonic field is offered. In the model the oscillating components of heat releaseand ponderomotive force are considered. And dynamic terms of thermoelasticity problem aswell. The conditions under which one needs to use the refined calculation model are determined.
