Summary:Using the approaches and methods of nonequilibrium thermodynamics and solid mechanics,a complete system of equations of nonlocal theory of deformation of thermoelastical solids isformulated. This theory takes into account the interrelation of deformation processes, thermalconductivity, and local mass displacement, with which the material structure changes of a fixedsmall element are associated. The mathematical physics' value-boundar- problems correspondingto this non-local theory were formulated. The uniqueness theorem of the solution of the stationaryproblems of mechanics, which takes into account the effect of the local mass displacement onmechanical fields, is proved for linearized approximation.
