The relations obtained areused for numerical analysis of effective area and radiation patternsof 5×5 elements planar antenna array placed above a screen,which could be a prototype of decameter wavelength radio telescopephased antenna array subarray. The array radiation patternscalculated for E and H planes are presented. The maximumeffective area of antenna array receiving ultra wideband signal isshown to be close to the value of effective area at the centralfrequency of the range, and its angular dependence due to frequencyaveraging acquires smooth shape, being lobeless out of the areaof the main lobe with significantly decreased level. Получены соотношения для расчета эффективной поверхности (ЭП) произвольной антенной решетки, принимающей сверхширокополосный (СШП) сигнал, которая представлена как функция от направления прихода электромагнитной волны и ширины спектра сигнала. Полученные соотношения использованы для численного анализа ЭП и диаграмм направленности (ДН) плоской антенной решетки из 5×5 элементов над экраном, которая может служить прототипом секции фазированной антенной решетки радиотелескопа декаметрового диапазона волн. Приведены ДН этой решетки, рассчитанные для плоскостей E и H. Показано, что максимальная ЭП антенной решетки, принимающей СШП сигнал, близка по величине к ЭП на центральной частоте рабочей полосы, а ее угловая зависимость в результатечастотного усреднения приобретает сглаженную форму, безлепестковую вне области главного лепестка с заметно уменьшенным уровнем.
