The half-power duration of this burst was about the same at all frequencies and made 17-22 s. The fine frequency-time structure was unusual too. The maximum radio flux of the unusual burst at 24 MHz was about 103 s.f.u. and its polarization was about 10 %. We propose an interpretation of the unusual burst. 3 июня 2011 г. на радиотелескопах УТР-2 и УРАН-2 был зафиксирован необычный всплеск. Он наблюдался в полосе частот от 16 до 28 МГц. Выше 22 МГц всплеск имел обратный дрейф со скоростью около 500 кГц/с, а ниже этой частоты всплеск дрейфовал от высоких частот к низким со скоростью 100 кГц/с. Длительность всплеска по уровню половинной мощности была приблизительно одинакова на всех частотах и составляла 17-22 с. Всплеск имел тонкую частотно-временную структуру. Максимальный поток излучения этого всплеска наблюдался на частоте 24 МГц и был равен 103 с.е.п. Поляризация всплеска была отрицательной и составляла около 10 %. Высказывается предположение о возможном источнике этого всплеска.
