Резюме:This paper is the second part of the work devoted to the electromagnetic theory of a tornado. The hydrodynamic problem on the movement of a whirlwind-forming plasma-drop environment is formulated and investigated. The expression for the rotating force is obtained. The force is proportional to the vertical component of a geomagnetic field and to the radial current in plasma. It is increased by the Lorentz force radial component and centrifugal force. The field of speeds, density and pressure of a subsonic whirlwind is calculated. The picture of movement found corresponds qualitatively and quantitatively to the observational data.
