Предложено развитие метода модового базиса для анализа во временной области геометрически регулярного, поперечно неоднородного волновода с многосвязным поперечным сечением.В частности, полученное обобщение метода позволяет рассматривать задачи распространения нестационарных электромагнитных волн в квази-ТЕМ-линиях с поперечной магнитодиэлектрической неоднородностью.
