Contribution of the Electrons with Maximum Gamma Factor into the Induced Inverse Compton Scattering in the Pulsar Vacuum Gap

Summary: | The induced radiation by the electrons with maximum gamma factor in the inverse Compton scattering of the powerful low-frequency radiation in the pulsar vacuum gap is discussed. It is shown that because of the leap of the electron distribution function on the edge corresponding to the maximum achieved gamma factor there is an additional non-integral contribution which may considerably affect the Compton losses and the induced radiation by electrons in the gap. |
