Резюме:Within the λ −member interpretation made on the basis of the physical vacuum quantization hypothesis the parameters of physical vacuum quantization were obtained by using the world macroscopic and microscopic constants. Also obtained were dimensions of elementary cells of physical vacuum, their effective gravitational mass, lifetime, as virtual elements of the medium. The physical vacuum is a virtual quantized lepton matter (dark energy) being the propagation medium for electromagnetic radiation. Using the macroscopic and microscopic constants allowed obtaining the relations for the Hubble constant and the basic parameters of the Universe. The data obtained can be used in the study of evolutionary behavior of the Universe.
