For detection of intraday flux density variability and the search for their possible correlation in radio and optical wavelengths the combined radio and optical observations of the active galactic nuclei were carried out. The radio sources 0133+476, 1633+382, 2134+004, 2145+067 and 2251+158 were observed with the CrAO RT-22 at frequencies 22.2 and 36.8 GHz and with the SAO RAS 1-m Zeis- 1000 reflector with CCD camera in 2004-2006. The variation in the R-bands were within 0.2m at time scale 15 min in 0133+476 and 0.25m at time scale 20 min in 2251+158. In the rest of sources no significant flux density variability was observed. In the radio band the flux density variability of the sources 0133+476, 2134+004 was 1.5 Jy at time scale 15 min, and 3 Jy at time scale 2 h in 2145+067. The chaotic fluctuations of the flux density of 2251+158 were observed: 2÷2.5 Jy at time scale 0.5 h. No correlation between the variability in optical and radio wavelengths was observed. С целью обнаружения быстрой (IDV) переменности плотности потока излучения и установления корреляции вариаций потока от источников представлены совместные синхронные наблюдения активных ядер галактик в оптическом и радио диапазонах. Наблюдения радиоисточников 0133+476, 1633+382, 2134+004, 2145+067 и 2251+158 выполнены на РТ-22 КрАО на частотах 22.2 и 36.8 ГГц и на 1-метровом рефлекторе Цейс-1000 с ПЗС системой в R фильтре в САО РАН в 2004-2006 гг. В оптическом диапазоне в полосе R зафиксированы кратковременные вспышки у объекта 0133+476 на 0.2 звездной величины за время 15 мин, у объекта 2251+158 на 0.25 звездной величины за время до 20 мин. В остальных источниках существенных колебаний потока не было обнаружено. В радиодиапазоне изменения потока у источников 0133+476,2134+004 достигали 1.5 Ян за 15 мин, у объекта 2145+067 – до 3 Ян за 2 ч. Зафиксированы хаотические колебания потока у объекта 2251+158: за 0.5 ч на 2÷2.5 Ян. Корреляции между излучением в оптическом и радиодиапазоне обнаружено не было.
