Description
Summary:Results of the two-year IPS (interplanetary scintillation) decameter wavelength observations of space sources at the elongations of 90-170° are presented. The most probable values for the spectral indices of the spatial turbulence spectra, stream widths and their velocities are obtained by using a two-speed medium model. Possibility to study the interplanetary medium sporadic processes is shown by the examples of the observed shock waves from solar bursts and high speed streams from the coronal holes.
