Проведен анализ современного состояния и тенденций развития малошумящих систем когерентного приема, предназначенных для использования на длинах электромагнитных волн короче 1 мм. Рассмотрены основные особенности гетеродинных приемных систем на основе СИС-смесителей, полупроводниковых и сверхпроводниковых НЕВ-смесителей (смесителей болометрического типа на эффекте “горячих электронов”) и ДБШ-смесителей.
