The molecules of interest for astrophysics (CH3NH2, CH3COOH, CH3CONH2, NH2CH2COOH, NH2CONH2, C4H3OCHO) and for environmental monitoring (CF3CH3, CF2Cl32, CH3CF2Cl) were chosen as the objects of investigation. Some of these molecules feature is considerably complicated spectra due to large amplitude intramolecular motion. The results of the molecular spectra investigations are briefly discussed. The design improvement of the IRA NASU automated millimeter wave spectrometer is described too. В статье представлен обзор результатов исследований спектров молекул за последние 5 лет в Радиоастрономическом институте НАН Украины. Объектами исследований были выбраны молекулы, представляющие интерес для астрофизики (CH3NH2, CH3COOH, CH3CONH2, NH2CH2COOH, NH2CONH2, C4H3OCHO) и экологического мониторинга окружающей среды (CF3CH3, CF2Cl32, CH3CF2Cl). Особенностью ряда молекул из приведенного списка является значительное усложнение их спектра, связанное с наличием внутренних колебаний большой амплитуды. Кратко обсуждаются результаты исследований спектров молекул, а также приводится описание результатов модернизации автоматизированного спектрометра миллиметрового диапазона РИ НАНУ.
