The expressions for the excitation efficiency of the lowest-order oscillation in a loosely and tightly coupled open resonator (OR) are obtained. The considered OR oscillations excited by the rectangular coupling element are thus more efficient vs. those excited by the circular one. A loosely coupled OR is shown to appear as a series-resonant circuit only, while a tightly coupled one appears only as a parallel-resonant circuit. Получены выражения для эффективности возбуждения низшего колебания в открытом резонаторе (ОР) в режимах слабой и сильной связей. При этом эффективность возбуждения рассматриваемого колебания в ОР с помощью прямоугольного элемента связи выше, чем с помощью круглого. Показано, что в режиме слабой связи ОР может быть представлен только в виде последовательного колебательного контура, а в режиме сильной связи – только в виде параллельного колебательного контура.
