The problem of identification of multiscale observation is solved as a problem of stating and checking the finding – resolution – measurement statistical hypotheses simultaneously for all observations. С помощью метода производящего функционала строится статистическая модель потока случайных разношкальных наблюдений радиоизлучающих объектов для системы нескольких обнаружителей – измерителей. Задача отождествления разношкальных наблюдений решается как задача выдвижения и проверки статистических гипотез обнаружения – разрешения – измерения одновременно для всех полученных наблюдений.
