Technology and design in electronic equipment| Резюме: | The interaction of a microcomputer with external devices (ED) is carried out through an ED controller. The controller includes a shift register, a three-bit binary counter, and a buffer register. A shifting algorithm is proposed that allows combining a shift register and a counter in a single device. Equipment is saved while maintaining high speed. The total number of switching operations during shifting is reduced, as well as the number of switches at each moment in time, which decreases power consumption and increases noise immunity. |
