A fractional differential operator was used to derive the Cole-Cole complex susceptibility. Построена модель микроструктуры неупорядоченных сред, обладающих свойством неэкспоненциальной релаксации. Предложенная модель базируется на фрактальном подходе структурирования среды и выделении иерархических уровней ближних порядков кластеров и их составляющих – субкластеров. Использован дробно-дифференциальный оператор, при помощи которого была получена зависимость комплексной восприимчивости Коул-Коула.
