It is shown that in the glasses of the stoichiometric systems As2S3–GeS2 and Sb2S3–GeS2, the observed concentration dependencies are monotonic, whereas in samples of the non-stoichiometric system As2S3–Ge2S3, the kinetic parameters exhibit an extreme character at the point of the presumed 2D–3D phase transition. |
