As inertial sensitive elements, the MIS contains only accelerometers. Such a multisensor sensor can be applied in inertial measurement units for motion control systems of maneuverable aircraft. Based on previously formulated requirements, the choice of basic elements (accelerometer and vibration drive) has been carried out. |
