Description
Summary:The paper presents the results of development and research of a set of unified receiving modules operating in the 7–14 GHz frequency range. The modules are designed according to a common structural scheme, consist of fixed and variable units, and are implemented in hybrid‑integrated form. They feature an intermediate frequency range of 10–400 MHz, a gain to the detector of 32–42 dB, conversion losses of the balanced mixer of 6–7 dB, and a preamplifier gain of 40 dB.
