Zusammenfassung:Strong thermostable oxide interference coatings transparent in the visible and IR spectral regions are obtained on the surface of active elements of ZnSe:Cr2+-lasers by the method of photothermal oxidation. The mechanical strength of such coatings is more than by a factor of 1,5 higher in comparison with the corresponding characteristic of the coatings obtained by the method of thermal oxidation. In the generation band of Cr2+ ions (2…3 mkm) the optical transmission of ZnSe:Cr2+ elements with the antireflection coatings reaches 95%.
