description The basic questions on creation of colour-filters with an antireflection covering and thin-film transparent heater have been studied on the basis of a thin (from 5 нм up to 400 нм) film of silicon, indium and titanium oxides. There have been developed computer programs of selection of an optimum design and vacuum depositing modes of interferential colour-filters coverings. The carried out researches of parameters and characteristics of four breadboard models of colour-filters have proved the correctness of constructional-technological decisions.

The carried out researches of parameters and characteristics of four breadboard models of colour-filters have proved the correctness of constructional-technological decisions. Рас­смот­ре­ны прин­ци­пи­аль­ные во­про­сы соз­да­ния све­то­фильт­ров с ан­ти­бли­ко­вым по­кры­ти­ем и тон­ко­пле­ноч­ным про­зрач­ным на­гре­ва­те­лем на ос­но­ве тон­ких (от 5 до 400 нм) пле­нок ок­си­дов крем­ния, ин­дия и ти­та­на. Раз­ра­бо­та­ны ком­пью­тер­ные про­грам­мы вы­бо­ра оп­ти­маль­ной кон­струк­ции и ре­жи­мов ва­ку­ум­но­го на­пы­ле­ния ин­тер­фе­рен­ци­он­ных по­кры­тий све­то­филь­тра. Про­ве­ден­ные ис­сле­до­ва­ния па­ра­мет­ров и ха­рак­те­рис­тик че­ты­рех ма­ке­тов све­то­филь­тров под­твер­ди­ли пра­виль­ность выб­ран­ных кон­струк­тор­ско-тех­но­ло­ги­че­ских ре­ше­ний.
