Zusammenfassung:The paper discusses design and circuit techniques for reducing the influence of the pyroelectric effect on the operation of charge-sensitive amplifiers. Experimental results are presented that confirm the validity of the measures taken to mitigate the impact of pyroelectric currents, caused by temperature gradients acting on the piezoelectric sensor, on the output voltage level of charge-sensitive amplifiers.
