Such structures are of interest for fiber‑optic systems. Приводятся результаты исследования обнаруженного при комнатной температуре фотовольтаического эффекта, который сопровождается сменой знака фототока при переходе из области собственного поглощения к примесному в диапазоне спектра от 0,4 до 2 мкм в легированной кислородом двухбазовой Ag–N0AlGaAs–n+GaAs–n0GaInAs–Au-структуре. Такие структуры представляют интерес для волоконно-оптических систем.
