Предложен раствор, хорошо отмывающий загрязнения и не взаимодействующий со стеклом, материалом оправ и функциональными покрытиями оптико-механических систем. Разработан процесс ультразвуковой очистки оптико-механических систем с использованием циклогексана, обеспечивающий высокое качество очистки изделий.
