Проведен анализ имеющихся моделей расчета электрического сопротивления тонкопленочного контакта и составляющих его участков; предложена новая физическая модель и эквивалентная электрическая схема определения электрического сопротивления контакта и его составляющих, а также определения распределения тока и потенциала по слоям; показана неравномерность распределения тока по толщине резистивного слоя на границе контакта.
