It is shown that the entire set of new theoretical tools should ensure the possibility of building a systemic model with sufficient depth and adequacy, while accounting for the model’s requirements for initial information; contribute to solving the problem of determining the rational composition of system elements and coordinating internal system connections; and allow effective separation of the system from its environment, among other tasks. |
