A design synthesis and experimental investigation of a two-diode generator module based on Gunn diodes in the centimeter wavelength range, incorporating a stabilizing reference cylindrical resonator, have been carried out. By operating the diodes in different regimes — domain suppression and domain delay — it is possible to maintain frequency locking to the reference resonator even under significant fluctuations of the supply voltage.

By operating the diodes in different regimes — domain suppression and domain delay — it is possible to maintain frequency locking to the reference resonator even under significant fluctuations of the supply voltage. Осуществлен конструкторский синтез и проведены экспериментальные исследования двухдиодного генераторного модуля на диодах Ганна сантиметрового диапазона длин волн, включающего стабилизирующий опорный цилиндрический резонатор. Путем введения диодов в различные режимы работы — с подавлением и с задержкой доменов — удается удерживать режим захвата частоты опорным резонатором даже при значительном уходе питающего напряжения.
