Создана и исследована аналитическая модель полупроводникового термоэлектрического генератора (ТЭГ) с низкотемпературным источником тепла. Описан метод оптимизации его параметров путем согласования системы теплообмена, конструктивных параметров термогенератора и свойств термоэлектрических батарей. Предложенная модель использована для разработки модели ТЭГ мощностью 500 Вт.
