Рассмотрены некоторые особенности технологии и конструкции магниточувствительных микродатчиков, содержащих два гальваномагниторекомбинационных (ГМР) элемента на базе германиевого микропровода. Габаритные размеры микродатчика не превышают 1,8 × 0,6 × 0,6 мм. Вольтовая чувствительность 2-8 мВ/мТ. Выходной сигнал не зависит от частоты в диапазоне 20 Гц … 50 кГц. Рассмотрена возможность использования таких микродатчиков в качестве датчиков положения.
