Zusammenfassung:This paper is presented the development of the well-known direction of the geometric theory of the function of a complex variable, which is called <<the problem of extremal decomposition of a complex plane with free poles>> and arose from a deep idea of P.~M.~Tamrazov.In particular, we present a description of the results obtained in this direction in the Department of Complex Analysis and Potential Theory of the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for the period since the 2000s.
