A model is developed which describes dependencies between prices and demand for electric energy with tariffs dis-criminated in three time ranges over 24-hour period. The model is a set of nine mutually dependent cubic polynomial function their parameters forming three 3-dimensional matrices and a 3-dimensional vector. The parameters are determined statistically, or by expert evaluation with the help of the least square method. A numerical example is elaborated with data comparable to real one, by which the influence of the tariff changes on the load curve is investigated. Побудовано модель, що описує залежність між цінами (тарифами) і попитом на електроенергію за умов зонних тарифів. Модель становить набір з дев'яти взаємозв'язаних кубічних функцій, параметри яких утворюють три тривимірні квадратні матриці, а також тривимірний вектор. Параметри визначаються статистично або експертно з використанням методу найменших квадратів. На основі числового прикладу з наближенням до реальних даних досліджено вплив змін зонних тарифів на графік навантаження.
