A new methodology for ranking coal mines by the integral coefficient of prospects has been developed. Unlike the known ones, the developed methodology uses a system of volumetric, technological, financial, economic, safety, environmental and social criteria for the functioning of coal industry enterprises that are accessible to the general public. These criteria have been brought to a comparable form. The methodology also takes into account the degree of importance of each criterion in terms of its impact on the technical and economic level of the mine. The system of criteria for the prospects of coal mining enterprises includes the following: installed production capacity of mines, coal production volumes, coal production volumes using new technologies, the cost of coal products, the category of mines by sudden coal and gas emissions, the number of employees and the number of residents of the community where the mine is located, and methane emissions. Mine ratings were calculated to identify unpromising mines that will be considered for further operation or closure. The calculations took into account the WTO requirements for the prospects of coal mining enterprises, as well as the consequences of military operations in Ukraine. The mines were analyzed for two areas of coal product use, namely for energy and coke production. The developed methodology allowed us to form a list of promising coal mining enterprises for steam and coking coal production. The research results provide an opportunity to make managerial decisions on further operation or closure of unpromising coal mining enterprises when developing forecasts of coal fuel supply for thermal power and the country's economy as a whole. The decision on the feasibility of further operation will be made for mines of the lower group. |

The decision on the feasibility of further operation will be made for mines of the lower group. Розроблено нову методику ранжування вугільних шахт за інтегральним коефіцієнтом перспективності. На відміну від відомих, в розробленій методиці використано систему доступних для широкого загалу обсягових, технологічних, фінансово-економічних, безпекових, екологічних та соціальних критеріїв функціонування підприємств вугільної промисловості. Ці критерії приведені до співставного вигляду. Також в методиці враховано ступінь важливості кожного критерію з позицій його впливу на техніко-економічний рівень шахти. До системи критеріїв перспективності вуглевидобувних підприємств увійшли: встановлена виробнича потужність шахт, обсяги видобутку вугілля, обсяги видобутку вугілля з використанням нових технологій, собівартість вугільної продукції, категорія шахт за раптовими викидами вугілля і газу, чисельність працівників та чисельність жителів громади, де розташована шахта, обсяги викидів метану. З метою виявлення неперспективних шахт, по яких буде розглянута доцільність подальшої експлуатації або закриття, було обчислено рейтинги шахт. При проведенні розрахунків було враховано вимоги СОТ щодо перспективності вуглевидобувних підприємств, а також наслідки воєнних дій в Україні. Аналіз перспективності шахт провадився по двох напрямках використання вугільної продукції, відповідно для потреб енергетики та коксохімії. Використання розробленої методики дозволило сформувати перелік перспективних вуглевидобувних підприємств з видобутку енергетичного та коксівного вугілля. Результати досліджень надають можливість приймати управлінські рішення щодо подальшої експлуатації або закриття неперспективних вуглевидобувних підприємств при розробці прогнозів забезпечення вугільним паливом теплової енергетики та економіки країни в цілому. Рішення про доцільність подальшої експлуатації буде прийматися для шахт нижчої групи.
