Obviously this industry has the priority with standpoint of the possibility of the introduction technology of increasing the efficiency of the energy consumption. Priority to realization there are actions on enterprise, which fall into category of electrical consumption management, because they do not require the additional facilities and allow vastly to smooth the graph of the load. The data of the actions most effectively can be marketed by means of use the consumers-regulator. The procedure for simplification and the unifications of the process of the discovery and identification of the consumers-regulator is offered. |
