This problem is caused by the further its growing of use. This is ensured by making number of privileges according the active legislation and positions of Kioto's protocol. As results of the analysis author offers to conduct the sharing of energy resources with provision for the ecological effect of its use and to separate energy systems on traditional and alternative, but last, in turn, divide into such, which use the renewable energy sources or non-traditional (secondary) or alternative types of fuel. Проведено аналіз вирішення в Україні та за кордоном проблеми класифікації джерел енергії, що не належать до традиційних. Цю проблему спричинено подальшим ростом їх використання, який забезпечується створенням пільг згідно з чинним законодавством і положеннями Кіотського протоколу. За результатами аналізу автор пропонує проводити розподіл енергоресурсів з урахуванням екологічного ефекту їх використання і поділяти енергетичні системи на традиційні та альтернативні. Останні, своєї черги, поділити на такі, що використовують або поновлювані джерела енергії, або нетрадиційні (вторинні) чи альтернативні види палива.
