Представлено модель виробництва, передачі й розподілу електричної та теплової енергії в енергетичній системі. Систему структуровано територіальне та за технологіями генерації. Нормативні ціни розраховуються на основі норми прибутку для різних добових зон за допомогою міжпродуктового балансу, що формується з вихідних даних і розв'язків моделі.
