The universal formulas for estimation of charges of fuel on electric and thermal energy output by options of their combined production of arbitrary type from data of external (commercial) consideration are given. На підставі двох незалежних підходів доведено, що об'єктивний розподіл витрат енергії між продуктами комбінованого виробництва електричної та теплової енергії визначається законом збереження і перетворення механічної енергії. Наведено універсальні формули для оцінки витрат палива на відпуск електричної та теплової енергії установками їх комбінованого виробництва довільного типу за даними зовнішнього (комерційного) обліку.
