Проаналізовано стан, в якому перебуває комплекс із забезпечення споживачів тепловою енергією, наведено статистичні дані щодо виробництва теплоти на основі різних джерел генерування та видів палива. На основі зробленого аналізу сформульовано висновки та пропозиції щодо поліпшення стану цього комплексу.
