The components of prices and tariffs, depending on the coefficients of economic and energy efficiencies of enterprises activities and place of their location in the chain of the system producer-supplier-consumer are determinate. The normative-and-legal aspects of application of offered method and model in the field of housing-and-communal services are considered. |
