System Research in Energy| Резюме: | Conceptual bases, method and economic-mathematical model of the system-coordinated regulation of prices and tariffs on energy-capacious products, services and fuel-and-energy resources, which are spent on production, delivery and consumption of these products and services, taking into account efficiency of the use of the attracted investments on realization of measures on the increase of energy efficiency and energy-savings are considered. The components of prices and tariffs, depending on the coefficients of economic and energy efficiencies of enterprises activities and place of their location in the chain of the system producer-supplier-consumer are determinate. The normative-and-legal aspects of application of offered method and model in the field of housing-and-communal services are considered. |
