The mam calculation scheme used models involved are given. The function blocks are described. В статті наведено методичний підхід до визначення впливу структурного фактору на рівні енергоспоживання. Відзначено, що за рахунок впливу структурного фактора в Україні відбуваються постійні перевитрати енергоресурсів. Висвітлено комплекс розроблених імітаційних моделей, показано загальну схему розрахунків з використанням моделей, описано функціональні блоки.
