System Research in Energy| Резюме: | On the base of theses of the hierarchical multilevel systems theory and large systems control theory the structurally-functional diagram of the energy-savings management system for HCI of Ukraine is developed which takes into account the subsystem of consumption of housing-and-communal services as inalienable constituent of the hierarchical management system, and at all hierarchical levels of which the administratively-organizational, energy-economical, energy-technological and energy-ecological management stratification branches are determined. It is discovered that after its integral structurally-functional properties the problem of the energy-savings management in HCI of Ukraine relates to the class of programmatic-adaptive extreme control problems, where to the primary purpose of management, which is energy-saving, the another extreme purpose is added – the achievement of result by economically expedient from the organizationally-technical point of view measures. The original algorithm of the energy-savings extreme management in HCI of Ukraine problem decision is offered as the problem of the mathematical programming under the use of the problem decomposition on the series of more simple procedures and the further piece-linear approximation of technological and management parameters. |
