One of methods of estimation of power efficiency of production on the basis of method of calculation of complete power intensity of products is considered in the article. On a by-product coke enterprise introduction of new technological equipment is foreseen with substituting for the traditional method of extinguishing of coke more effective, that will allow maximally to utillize all of types of the second power resources (combustible, thermal, surplus pressure), modernize a power equipment, considerably to change the structure of consumption of fuel, making of thermal and electric energy. Thus the particle of the own making of power mediums due to second energy supply will exceed 50 %, that will allow considerably to increase the volume of sale of coke gas on a side. The results of analysis of efficiency of energy consumption are presented for 3 years in the separate workshops of coke production allow to find out concrete areas with the low level of power efficiency, to narrow the object of more deep power inspection – equipment of concrete workshops of enterprise, and demonstrate quantitative influence of the use of the second power resources on power intensity of production of separate products of coke production, and also on the structure of energy consumption of enterprise on the whole.
