System Research in Energy| Резюме: | The results of comparative feasibility analysis of options for establishing a modern system of district heating and decentralized (domestic) heat supply by gas fired boilers in a wide range of prices for natural gas are presented.In order to eliminate the influence of factors arising from the imperfection of the existing pricing system for natural gas, a comparison of systems carried out by the criterion of specific life-cycle cost (LCC), which includes investment and operating costs of heat sources, heat and gas networks. The most modern technological solutions of individual and district heating systems are considered, including the creation of individual heat and gas distribution stations, pre-insulated heating pipes.Established that the modern district heating systems are preferred when the district density of heat loads exceeds 0,11 … 0,18 MW/hectare (3 floors and above) and their effectiveness increases with increasing natural gas prices. For low-rise residential buildings (1–3 floors) with a thermal density below 0,1 MW/hectare preferably every apartment heating system based on the combined boiler (both space heating and hot water supply) and heating boiler with heat storage hot water system. |
