System Research in Energy| Резюме: | The methods and techniques of research of the power sector development are examined in the article. The special attention was given to problems concerning transition from state controlled or natural monopoly power sector to deregulated state. It is found that adjustment of the state owned utility goals with private owned energy generating companies goals is the key factor for optimal power sector development. Basic methods of power sector development during deregulation process, the background aspects of optimization models forming are proposed. Possible directions of power sector development and forecast up to 2030 are also presented in the article. |
