System Research in Energy| Резюме: | The problem of the use of thermal secondary energy resources, being formed in various thermal facilities working on natural gas, is quite important from the viewpoint of energy saving. The most efficient way of its solution is connected with the technology of thermochemical recuperation, based on fuel reforming with exhaust gases. We have developed a scheme of gas-turbine plant with a combined system of thermochemical and air recuperation, based on two technical decisions: 1) the thermochemical reactor is placed not after the turbine (where the temperature of exhaust gases is quite low) but between its high- and low-pressure cylinders; 2) the excess-air coefficient is equal to unity, and, for decreasing the temperature of exhaust gases before the turbine, a certain part of them is fed to the combustion chamber. Furthermore, we have proposed a method for the calculation of a gas-turbine plant with combined recuperation system and developed the corresponding software. Numerical calculations show that this scheme ensures a very high efficiency (up to 57.6 %) and decreases the emission of harmful substances. |
